Rules for boat use - In water boats must be reserved on line, small boats are first come first served. In addition to being paid member you must reside within 90 miles of Chelan for at least 90 days of the year. Four hours of club activity is required which may be work parties, individual work on boats or participation in events like the regatta. Next you will need to sail under the supervision of a senior club member to display adequate competence. Fuel used should be replaced with non-ethanol fuel. Care must be taken to be sure the in-water boats are properly moored to avoid damage from the steel pilings. Any maintenance needs are best taken care of by the user, if you can't fix it bring it to our attention. We do not rent boats and as an all volunteer organization we cannot provide boat use for short term visitors. Always check the weather forecast before boating. Boat use is at your own risk.
